The current expression of our flagship California Bourbon Whiskey is a perfect marriage of four barrels, aged 25-36 months, specially selected by our distiller to showcase what Devils Creek is all about -- premium craft whiskey. Located high in the California mountains, our pristine water and thin air makes an ideal environment for creating a full bodied and smooth drinking Bourbon. Bottled at cask strength (99.4 proof), Devils Creek California Bourbon Whiskey is a “High Rye” Kentucky style Bourbon. Surprisingly smooth on the palate and very drinkable. Hints of vanilla and caramelized sugar with a nice warm finish.
